#37 The Sirians - The Operations and the Membership Structure of the Galactic Federation

This is The Sirians! This is a transmission for the channeling platform “lettersfromsirius.com”. In today's transmission we want to revisit the topic of the Galactic Federation and how it works with us, the Sirian Ashkeru species, how operations are organised, and we hope that this very general overview that we will give you here will give you a glimpse into the grand scale of the operations and work that is unfolding.

The Galactic Federation comprises of three types of members. There are the permanent members like us and like the Kh-aael Andromedans, certain Pleiadean species and the Arcturians and many others for whom there is no name in your languages. Then there are the periodic members; these species, these planets, these societies do participate fully, and they do meet the criteria of being members of the Galactic Federation, but their membership can be revoked. They themselves can leave and also the Galactic Federation can ask them to leave should they violate certain important paragons of behaviour, paragons of attitude and conduct during their membership. This is a very complex topic because the Galactic Federation has a very strict and complex standard of rules that need to be abided by so that good faith can be established, so that cooperation can run smoothly. The operations that the Galactic Federation undertakes are of a massive scale, of an intergalactic scale, working in multiple locations bringing together multiple technologies and mentalities and attitudes. Therefore, they take a lot of energy, they take a lot of resources, and it is imperative that the members who participate, participate because there is a conscious connection to those missions and the “why” of those missions and they are not participating due to a spur of the moment decision or a transient vested interest they might have.

So yes, these are the periodic members. When a species, planet or society has been a periodic member for a while then they can make a case of becoming a permanent member. But of course, being a permanent member, apart from the honour it brings, it brings a lot of cost, it brings a lot of demand for resources. The races and species that can afford to be permanent members are races that can afford to spare a lot of resources and that have evolved sufficiently so that their main area of interest is to be of Service to others rather than being of Service to themselves. We are one of such species, the Kh-aael Andromedans and Arcturians are one such species and so on and so forth.

The third category are the aspiring members, very interesting category! These are again species, societies and planets, for all of these can apply as entities to become a member. They can express their interest in membership and then there can be a discussion, they can send envoys and observers to the Galactic Federation meetings, councils and events. They can observe without interfering, they can observe without having any vested interest in the discussions, they observe to learn, to understand, to feel and experience the vibration and the meaning and the energy behind the particular interaction we are participating in. When they have observed a sufficient number of meetings, councils and missions then they can be invited to participate in the proceedings of the council of the Galactic Federation by silently observing. The council of the Galactic Federation is the council of the Elders which is the High Ruling Council. There are, on occasion, big events for which the Elders will call a meeting, and these are meetings to discuss important missions, meetings to discuss important unfolding and decisions. The meetings with the Elders and dissemination of information in this manner does not happen very regularly but when it happens, the Elders convene the meeting, the permanent members or the representatives of the permanent members sit close to them and then the regular periodic members are in attendance and potentially some of the wilful and wishful aspiring applicants also attend to observe. This is all for the purpose of learning and really spending some time, resources and energy in considering their energetic alignment with the mission and the purpose of the Galactic Federation. And as you can imagine, there is scope for a lot of agendas and a lot of vested interests. But in any case, these are the three flavours so to speak, the three gears of membership.

When the Galactic Federation decides on a mission, they need to primarily decide the purpose of the mission. Is the purpose to build something new? Is the purpose to help, is it to continue working on a long-standing critical objective? Is it to reflect on a potential danger coming from outside? is it to invite energies coming from outside because it would be beneficial for whatever reasons? So, the purpose of the mission is to be explicitly stated and explained. Then it is ratified by the permanent members. The permanent members as we have already said, bring a lot of resources and energy into the carrying out of these missions so they need to be primarily aligned with the proposed mission not only because they will be asked to support it from a resource and energy perspective but even if they are not directly involved, they will be asked to indirectly support it by providing know-how, by providing expertise and energetic push, support and alignment.

The permanent members can have conflicts of interests amongst them. The regular, periodic members can also have conflicts of interest and that is natural and that will always arise. The Galactic Federation does not shy away from that because there will always be clusters of agendas and clusters of interests that interfere and conflict just as there will be clusters of interests and agendas that align and coalesce. The Galactic Federation wants to place an energetic cloak of protection and love and peace amongst all of these clusters and really pull the perspective of all the members, Permanent, Periodic and Aspiring, to see the big picture, to navigate the big picture, to ask the question “How is my transient short-term interest helping the Galactic community as a whole? How is my transient short-term agenda allowing our Galactic community to progress, expand and protect itself and meet the objectives that Source has placed upon each of us?”

So, when a mission is decided, articulated and sanctioned by the permanent members then the permanent members decide which one amongst them will lead and how will the mission be organised. This is all done by the representatives of the permanent members. They will then decide and will invite the right participants and all the other members that might be of service to special councils. Not all members contribute in equal manner for all members are different. The differences are honoured, the differences are there to be celebrated. The diversity of the Galactic Federation is the true hallmark of its strength. Diversity is strength, diversity is power. We hope these words resonate; we hope these words are as meaningful to you just as they are to us. Some races contribute not with technical knowledge or expertise, but they contribute with the sheer number of their populations. They can pledge workers or willing missionaries to help.

We will give you details of an example. There was a recent cry for help from a planet that was not a member of the Galactic Federation, however their close neighbours are a member, and they brought the case to the Elders and asked for help as they could not stand witnessing their neighbours in distress. Everyone coalesced around them, everyone was eager to help. So, another planet-society member offered a huge amount of help in terms of workers. This species can coexist in very similar environments as they vibrate on the same spectrum, so it was very convenient for them to go there and land and bring with them beings to help evacuate those who needed evacuation, rebuild the facilities that needed rebuilding, provide medical support. The sheer number of physical beings who participated just to help others was wonderful. And of course, the medical help and the supplies and the materials were provided by at least four different member races that maybe could not spare their populations but had resources of the scientific kind, of the medical kind, of the technical know-how kind. So that mission was executed very successfully, and help was granted to a planet that was not even a member of the Galactic Federation and of course the planet now expressed interest in joining once they are able to stand on their feet again. That is a very splendid example of how the Galactic Federation works. That was a one-off mission with limited scope and very precise target. There are other missions that take very long periods of time as you perceive it, that take a great amount of resources.

In fact, there are missions that are so complex that it is imperative for the permanent members who lead them to provide spacecrafts, motherships as we call them, that are dedicated to the mission, and they would be for a very long time. We, the Sirians of Sirius A, have provided several motherships to the Galactic Federation, the Kh-aael Andromedans have done the same multiple times. Many others, some of which will be coming through this platform, have done the same. So, the permanent member-species commission the building of these Galactic Federation motherships and then the Commanding Deck is full of representatives of everyone in the mission, both permanent and transient members that participate. They are used for the missions, they are used for travelling, they are used for research and development, and the spacecrafts themselves are very handy because they can be used also as transient meeting points. Not everyone in our Galaxy has the same capability to space travel, not everyone in our Galaxy has the same resources to space travel; a lot of them do but not all of them can. So, these spacecrafts can find themselves temporarily situated in a safe location in various solar systems where there can be a meeting place for others to come and find out about the mission and educate themselves on topics and see how they can contribute. The missions are monitored closely by the assigned leaders. The assigned leaders are accountable to the permanent council of the Galactic Federation and the permanent council escalates and informs the Elders. The Elders are ultimately responsible for the appropriate unfolding of all the operations, for ensuring that the purpose of Source is aligned with the purpose of life that the Elders are guarding. The missions of the Galactic Federation can be very practical. As we mentioned, they can be there to provide rescue operations for planets in distress, but they can also be scientific research projects, they can also support missions such as Gaia-the ongoing support for the safe ascension of your planet.

Your solar system, we would like to say, is a very popular choice for Galactic Federation meetings. Jupiter, and in particular one of the planets in orbit of your Jupiter planet, is used very often as a station, as a place for meetings. The motherships have no need to land but a lot of time they find respite in the gravitational field of planets so they can power down and stay stationary in a safe manner while other crafts come in and out and around to visit them. So, your Jupiter planet and the orbiting moons play a very important role for the Galactic Federation and its mission; it is a very convenient location in our quadrant sector for meetings and refuelling. Your scientists have seen a lot, but this is a topic for another day dear Readers! There are at least few thousands of ongoing research operations, research for new materials, research for new planets, for new technical capabilities, for new medical and healing modalities by the Galactic Federation. Not all healing modalities are appropriate to all species which is the beauty of the Galactic Federation. Again, the Galactic Federation is empowered by the diversity, it is empowered by the variety. By encompassing and engulfing and embracing all of the diversity in our Galaxy we embrace the diversity of Source, we align our experiences, we align the reasons for being.

There are many missions that not only facilitate research and development but some of it is also for protecting the peace. The Galactic Federation is a vessel of light, a vessel of love,  a vessel of help and appreciating others. The Galactic Federation is not a war-mongering organisation. There have been many members in the past that have left because their interests were not aligned with the broader interests. The Galactic Federation will not tolerate its members dabbling in war with each other. There have been instances where some very powerful races wanted to exploit their Galactic Federation membership and at the same time show aggression to other members and be destructive towards missions just because their very short-sighted personal agenda told them to. There have been many instances of that in the history the Galactic Federation and the permanent members have found ways to deal with it. Ultimately, the Galactic Federation is a vessel of love and peace. But they do however, precisely for that reason, to protect the peace, perform scouting and surveillance operations. There are some commands and military forces that are reporting directly to the permanent council and are built by contributing members, primarily permanent ones. They play the role of the galactic observers, of the defenders, of the peacekeepers. We are aware that in your popular culture, there was such a command talked about by the name of Ashtar command. We believe that this was somehow related to the Galactic Federation.

We hope this transmission has given you an understanding of the vast complexity of the operations and given you a glimpse into the dynamics and we can see all of you reading immediately drawing parallels to how the United Nations of your planet operate and to how other coalitions, that we do not want to explicitly name, operate. This is a very useful blueprint for you to have for all other societies and planetary clusters have their own way to organise themselves. Gaia, as a planet and You Earth humans as a society, are not yet members because you haven't even yet acknowledged openly that there is life outside of your planet however, we are all waiting with our arms open and our hearts open to welcome you into the Galactic Federation. You have sent representatives in various guises, there have been many that have astrally projected in meetings. There have been many with extrasensory abilities that have interacted with the Galactic Federation. Your governments are aware of certain dynamics within the Galactic Federation but as soon as the mainstream society is aware that there is organised life out there, organised paradigms of how to execute missions, organised and willing participants that bring together a diverse set of species and planets in unity to serve the Light then we will be eagerly inviting you to observe, to start preparing yourselves to be our members.

All of you there on Gaia are built with DNA from all the permanent members of the Galactic Federation, from several species that are periodic members and from some that are not even members! You already are beautiful representations of the variety of our Galactic community. We will be overjoyed to welcome the Earth humans to the Galactic Federation at the right time for the Collective and at the right time for You.
